I had the honor and privilege of hiking in the wilderness of Yellowstone with Leah!
It was absolutely transformative. I was at a crossroads in my life and felt I had no direction. Hiking through the backcountry of Yellowstone, feeling held by the beauty and calming effect of the wilderness, truly created space for me to finally be vulnerable and open to change. It was a gift that is unmatched. I had been challenged with being a single mom, working two jobs and showing up for the people that I love most. I just wanted a break in the wilderness and was lucky enough to experience this with Leah, a remarkable mentor, confidant and guide.
Hiking through the rolling, green hills and vibrant forests, I finally felt my heart open. It allowed me to be present and vulnerable in a place that I felt safe. Leah was my hiking companion and guide who listened and cared about my well-being. She was fully invested in guiding me to a place that I haven’t visited very often. Through mentoring, guiding, and complete commitment to my healing and growth, Leah understood the “why” and the “how”. Why am I stuck? How do I get unstuck? Walking the trails of Yellowstone, Leah encouraged me to uncover, discover and discard everything that blocked me from all of the light and love in this beautiful world! Leah helped me slowly uncover the truth. That truth is I am full of love, kindness, compassion and light. I learned that external circumstances and situations do not define my truth.
My truth, with Leah‘s help, is to live in integrity, dignity, and rigorous honesty. For three days, Leah was committed wholeheartedly to my healing. Leaving the beautiful backcountry of Yellowstone, my heart was so full and my head so clear! I felt grounded in a way that is indescribable. I felt invigorated, powerful and free. Leah is definitely an expert in the healing realm. She has truly helped me and other women who have embarked on this journey of realization and self-discovery.
