Meet Leah.
COACH · CHANGE LEADER · FACILITATOR · ADVENTURER
The person behind Compass & Soul.
I’m a coach, facilitator, change leader and adventurer. Compass & Soul brings together two parts of my world: the experience of helping people and organizations navigate change, and a personal journey grounded in nature, spirituality, adventure and transformational work.
Compass is about finding direction. Soul is about reconnecting with what matters. I don’t see them as separate journeys — both are about becoming more fully who you are. I believe we all have an internal compass — a part of us that knows who we are, what matters and the direction we want our lives to take. Sometimes we just need enough space to hear it.
My career began inside complex global organizations, where I spent more than 15 years developing people and leading transformation. I built teams and functions, designed learning programs and enterprise frameworks, facilitated senior stakeholders and helped people navigate ambiguity at scale. Change has always been at the center of my work.
That work taught me something I still carry into every coaching relationship: lasting change is never only about a process or a plan. It is about people — how we think, communicate, respond under pressure, build trust and make choices when the path ahead is not obvious.
My work is about helping people move forward without losing themselves in the process. Sometimes that means becoming a stronger leader. Sometimes it means navigating a life transition, rebuilding confidence or reconnecting with purpose. And sometimes it means getting outside long enough to hear your own voice again.
I create a supportive space to build awareness, challenge patterns, clarify what matters and turn insight into action. My focus is on Human-centered development, from leadership workshops to group experiences, I design learning around the people, context and outcomes in the room.
“I bring real-world experience into coaching, leadership development and customized workshops designed to turn insight into meaningful action.”
“Sometimes you find the way forward by stepping outside. Nature, movement and shared experience can open a different kind of clarity. Weekend retreats, wilderness experiences and coaching on the trail create room for reflection, connection and perspective that can be hard to access in everyday life.”
